cara box!

so i've been a reader of wifessionals for a few months now. she's a pretty cool lady named kaitlyn. click the link to read kaitlyn's blog! she has this amazing box exchange program called cara box.  in a nutshell, you are partnered up with two amazing women, one sends you a box of goodies and you send another one a box. basically, you get to know them and follow a theme. i've been paired up with two amazing women and am having fun getting to know them. this is my first box and i am super excited and happy i signed up. yay!

twelve years...

i can't believe it's been 12 years already..

i remember that day like it was yesterday.

i was in the 7th grade. 

my grandma woke me up to get ready for school.

her and my grandpa were glued to the tv.

they weren't sure of the cause yet.

i remember when we heard the announcement.

it was a terrorist attack. 

feeling fear, confusion and sadness.

so many people died that day.

today my thoughts are with every single person affected!!

whether they were on those planes, on the ground, the families

the firefighters, police, eyewitnesses, rescuers.

and those affected by the war that followed.

so so tired!

worked both jobs today.
my feet are killing me!
gonna relax, shower and get ready to do it all again tomorrow!
on another note, came home and my m.a.c order arrived. yay!
i'm not big on lipstick but i will rock the hell out of a nice tube of red lippie lol. i ordered another ririwoo which is the perfect red.
i'm just rambling here so i will head to bed now lol

introducing my baby!!

say hello to pixie! 

she is a full bred long haired chihuahua, about three months old. it definitely is hard taking on the challenge of caring for a puppy! she is pretty relaxed though, we get along great and she's pretty good here at the house while i'm working. she's only shredded up a roll or two of toilet paper and one of my sandals . she is currently curled up next to me fast asleep on my pillow. she is a tiny little thing, very feisty.

smooth formula and never cakes. almost feels like i'm not wearing anything, but lashes look amazing. these are currently buy one get one 50% off at CVS.

4. wet&wild fergie gel eyeliner in little black dress.
glides on easily with included brush.
color is dark and easy to apply. 
fergie brand cosmetics are currently 40% off at walgreens!!

3. covergirl natureluxe foundation in 360-nutmeg.
picked this up at walgreens for 2.99!
on clearance, covergirl is discontinuing these :(
this foundation feels like a moisturizer!
has good coverage, skin can breathe.

2. covergirl eye enhancer eyeshadow in golden sunrise.
an old favorite of mine. i've been using this shade for years and it is 
still my go to shade haha. pretty bronzey gold color.
great pigmentation and long lasting.

and last but not least!
1. loreal voluminous smoldering eyeliner in black.
easy to apply, doesn't smudge.
definitely my favorite eyeliner and eyeliner is my one beauty product i can't live without!!
